Open House Chicago

Chicago Maritime Museum is excited to once again be partnering with Open House Chicago on October 19-20th 2024 from 10am-4pm. Join us as we open the galleries to as many as 1000 people over the course of this free two-day event.

CMM will hold a training day and set a schedule of volunteer shifts to welcome visitors, answer questions and offer CMM membership. This is a prime opportunity to showcase the museum and its programs, including the annual October fundraiser on October 24. Join in the fun and earn a vibrant red OHC t-shirt in the deal.
