Whether you attend in person and experience the Museum in an entirely new way or join us online for the festivities, we promise you a night of fun—and fundraising!

The Chicago Maritime Museum Festival will feature music and games as part of its annual benefit. Guests attending in person will enjoy delicious appetizers and drinks as they explore museum. Try your hand at historic (and sometimes hilarious) games with a nautical twist during the cocktail hour both in person at the museum or with your friends online. Music for the evening will once again be provide by the amazing maritime musician and storyteller, Tom Kastle.

The fun and games begin at six o’clock for cocktails, while the main program will start at seven o’clock. This year the Festival celebrates the legacy of our benefactor, the late Captain Dave Truitt. His drive, enthusiasm and devotion to the Chicago Maritime Museum are an example to us all. The program will highlight Captain Dave’s commitment to the museum, exemplified by the two new exhibits that opened earlier this spring.
